All users can advertise eggs, chicks, adult birds or any other auction on the site they have listed with us and may not sell them offsite, after the auction has ended through the messaging system, that is just not nice. Once the auction is over you will be given ALL info either by us or by the buyer as to where to ship, address, phone and PayPal info. We intend for this site to be used properly for the benefit of all users. This protects every user and it helps us defray some costs that come with having this site. We monitor this site so we can keep dead beat bidders and sellers from abusing our users, and we will promptly ban anyone trying to scam others. We are bird lovers too and we want this site to be enjoyable for all who come here. Please abide by these Terms and Conditions. Rights To Suspend or Terminate.
You agree that this web-site, in its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site. (b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing while we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.

All Invoices are DUE IMMEDIATELY, by PayPal through the payment button available in your "My Control Panel". If you have absolutely no other option we may accept a money order, but you MUST contact us and tell us that you are sending it after your auction is over. You have 10 days for the money order to arrive to us after the auction is over. If payment is not made within that time limit, your account will be suspended until payment is made. All accounts over 30 days old must be paid in full, this helps us to defray costs of running this site. Please make payment through PayPal to eggbid@ricciangel.comand preferably through your user control panel with the payment button provided when you have a balance.

Your Conduct.
You are solely responsible for the contents of your auctions through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.
You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

Membership.
Membership to this web-site is only available to those you can form a legally binding contract. This web-site does not permit minors (under
18) to register. If any member fails to sign-up with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately. All sign up credits given are good for 90 days. You must use them up before time has expired or your balance will automatically return to $0.00.

In addition, note that there are risks of dealing with foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretense.

This Web-site shall not be responsible for any items sold by Auction, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by either buyer and/or seller. This web-site shall not be responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting form any goods purchased or obtained.

This web-site assumes no liability for the content of the listings.
However if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by errors by the system or the Internet. EggSell by RicciAngel is not responsible for bids unrecorded due to problems caused by any technical difficulties.

Laws.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United States and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of the United States.

It is the responsibility of the user to learn and understand the shipping regulations and policies set forth by the NPIP, USPS, and any other shipper, agency, or governing body concerned with the transfer/shipping of animals or merchandise. eggsell.ricciangel.com will not be responsible for any failure to comply with these regulations. You further agree that the owners of eggsell.ricciangel.com will be held harmless in the event of prosecution pertaining to lack of compliance with above stated regulations and policies.
